A purchase may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
The person who placed the order can return a product sent as a gift within 14 days of receiving the order.
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can exchange a product by requesting a different size, an alternative color, or a different product, when available in stock. Exchange can be requested once only per order. Please proceed to return form .
Once we receive your returned item in our warehouse, we will proceed to issue the refund within a few days. The time required for the refund will depend on the payment method used when ordering. Generally, the procedure is completed within 14 days from receipt of the returned item. Possible delays in the refund appearing in your account may depend on the payment method used or bank.
In order to accept the exchanges or returns, below terms must be followed:
Each product must be returned with the security tag, all labels, all accessories, covers received with the Order, and in its original packaging.
The product must not show any signs of use, scratches, washing, or alterations.
The product must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped, nicely folded.
Customers must return products within 7 days after receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization.
