After placing an order, an order confirmation with the order number appears on your page. You'll receive an instant order confirmation email once you place an order, then a shipping confirmation email after dispatch the order.
Sometimes the automatic email comes late, so please check with our Customer Service team if you have not received it a few days after placing your order.
Unfortunately, changes to an order are not possible after processing. Consider canceling the order (if not processed) or initiate a return and place a new order.

For the prompt processing of your order and swift delivery, we promptly dispatch it to our logistics service. Consequently, cancellations are feasible only to a restricted extent and exclusively before the order undergoes processing. Kindly reach out to our Customer Care at your earliest convenience. If cancellation is no longer possible, you retain the option to return the items free of charge.
Doerkind reserves the right to cancel the order if something looks suspicious or something went wrong with processing your order with refunding your payment in full.
If you receive wrong item or an item that you did not order, please notify our Customer Care then you can return the product to us using the Return Form and simply order the correct product again.

Delivery is free for orders of USD 300 or more. For orders below this amount, a delivery charge will be applied at checkout, depending on your location.
