Customers have the option to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the delivery date. In the case of a return, the Seller will promptly refund the full purchase price (excluding amounts paid using Vouchers or Discount codes, or duties, customs, shipping, taxes, etc.), following the receipt of the returned products from the Customer. Refunds will be made using the same payment method initially used for the order.
To initiate a product exchange or return, Customers must request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (“R.M.A”) from the Seller. This can be done in the following ways:
- For registered Customers: Activate the Returns procedure in the “Orders” section within the personal account area on this Site.
- For unregistered Customers: Activate the Returns procedure after locating the relevant Order in the “Return Form” section in the Site menu.
- In you face any issues: Contact Customer Service via the electronic form in the "Contact Us" section.
When contacting Customer Service for returns, Customers are required to specify the unique identifying number of the Order.

In order to accept the exchanges or returns, below terms must be followed:
- Each product must be returned with the security tag, all labels, and in its original packaging,
- Each product must be returned with all accessories and covers received with the Order.
- The product must not show any signs of use, scratches, or alterations.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped & nicely folded.
- Customers must return products within 7 days after receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse further orders from a customer after multiple returns on previous purchases by the same customer.
The Seller provides customers with a complimentary return service free of any shipping charges. To utilize this service, customers must complete the electronic Return request, choosing between a pick-up service at their address or dropping off their parcel at a designated location (if available). If customers wish to change the pick-up date, they must contact Doerkind Customer Service.
Any method of returning products other than the complimentary return service will be at the customer's expense. Customers using alternative return options acknowledge liability for any loss or damage during the return shipment. Products can only be dispatched for return from the same country where they were initially delivered.
